Free DIY Customizable Star Map

Personalized Star Maps are custom star maps that shows the alignment of the stars on the date and location of your choice. Below you will see a list of sites that you can use to create your free Star Map. 

You can use these in any program like Canva, Photoshop, GIMP, Photopea, etc. 

First of all, we are going to need to figure out the latitude and longitude coordinates for the place where we want to map the stars. To do this just google the name of the city latitude and longitude. in google search. For Example you should see something like this for Dallas Texas/Coordinates

32.7767° N, 96.7970° W

Now you can choose one of the sites below to make your star map graphic. Didiendo is my personal favorite.

• Birth Date 
• Anniversary Date 
• Adoption Date
• Day We Met 

Other things you might also want to include. 

• Names of people
• Name of Places or Business 
• City or Town
• State
• latitude and longitude coordinates
• Zodiac Signs 

Once you have created your star map be sure to check out how to make your star map poster in Canva by didiendo.com 

Create your Map Settings. Add your latitude and longitude, fate and time so it will show you a map of the sky and stars on that exact date, time and location. 

Next we are going to select components. The screenshots are a before and after of the settings of what I have turned off and left on. 

Last choose the your them colors. I have left mine the way they are because I'm going to change them in Photoshop. 

Once you are done download the PNG file of your star map to use in any program you choose to make your printable star map.
